氙气麻醉的临床药理新进展

摘要:

氙气与其它挥发性麻醉药相比有很多优点,如血/气分配系数低,诱导苏醒迅速,体内不发生代谢,血液动力学稳定,对心脑肾有保护作用,它的药理特性接近“理想麻醉气体”。目前在临床中应用受限的主要因素是麻醉成本过高,适用于氙气麻醉的低流量、紧闭循环、可重复利用氙气的新型麻醉工作平台的技术还不完善。随着研究的深入,氙气的临床药理特点必将被人们更进一步了解,在临床麻醉中的应用也必定更加广泛。

Abstract:

Xenon(Xe) has more advantage than other anesthesia gas,such as lower V/Q coefficient,quicker induction and recovering,non-metabolic in the body,hemodynamic stability,protection of heart,brain and kidney,which is considered as“ideal gas”.Currently, the main factors that Xe is limited in clinical is the high costs of xenon administration, and the technology applicable to the new-type xenon anesthecia station which need closed-circuit, low-flow and reusable characters is incomplete.With the deep development of study,the pharmacological features of Xenon anesthecia will be further learned,and xenon will be widely used in clinical.
