Abstract: Recently, transcatheter aortic valve implantation has become an important treatment for the patients with severe aortic valve disease who are inappropriate to accept surgical aortic valve replacement. Patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation are usually accompanied with elderly, cardiac dysfunction and multiple comorbidities. Therefore, it is important to perform preoperative evaluation and make a detailed intraoperative management protocol. Besides, the treatment of intraoperative complications and cooperation with surgeons are also important.
