This article provides a review of existing postoperative recovery assessment tools for day surgery patients, outlining the concept and measurement of postoperative recovery in day surgery, as well as the basic information, advantages and disadvantages, and application status of eight postoperative recovery assessment tools. The shortcomings of the tools and their future prospects are analyzed, aiming to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose tools and future research directions.
