摘要:

人工智能技术在气道管理领域的应用日益广泛。通过机器学习和深度学习算法,不仅能够构建预测模型,辅助进行困难气道的术前评估,缓解医疗资源压力,还能开发具备优质体验感的智能化辅助决策系统,提升医师困难气道临床诊断及处理水平。本文从气道评估指标、面部图像、医学影像三个角度,对人工智能在困难气道评估进行归纳、总结与展望,以期为从事气道管理的相关人员提供参考。

Abstract:

The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of airway management is becoming increasingly widespread. Machine learning and deep learning algorithms enable the development of predictive models to assist in the preoperative assessment of difficult airways, reducing the burden on medical resources. Additionally, intelligent decision-support systems can enhance physicians' clinical capabilities in diagnosing and managing difficult airways. This paper reviews the application of artificial intelligence in difficult airway assessment from three perspectives: airway assessment metrics, facial images, and medical imaging. The aim is to provide a reference for professionals involved in airway management.
