舒更葡糖钠可迅速逆转罗库溴铵和维库溴铵诱导的神经肌肉阻滞，其安全性与有效性已得到证实。但舒更葡糖钠价格较为昂贵，其经济学效益仍值得探讨。本综述主要分析了舒更葡糖钠在经济学效益方面的研究进展。包括其通过降低麻醉及术后相关并发症，从而减少因此产生的治疗成本；通过缩短麻醉时间、住院时间等，从而节约时间相关的成本支出；以及舒更葡糖钠应用于特殊人群而产生的经济学获益。据此，从经济学效益的层面来探索舒更葡糖钠的适用人群。
Sugammadex can quickly reverse the neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium and vecuronium, and its safety and effectiveness have been confirmed. However, sugammadex is relatively expensive, and its economic benefits still deserve further discussion. This review mainly analyzes the progress in the economic benefits of sugammadex. It includes reducing treatment costs by reducing postoperative complications; saving time-related costs by shortening the duration of anesthesia and hospitalization; and the economic benefits of using sugammadex in special populations. Based on this, the study explores the appropriate population from the perspective of economic benefits.
