摘要:

气道管理是全麻过程中确保患者安全的基本前提。气道管理失败可能会导致严重的并发症,如低氧血症、不可逆的脑损伤以及死亡。文章综述了人工智能(AI)技术在气道评估、气管插管以及呼吸机管理几个方面的研究进展,并对以上几个方面进行了总结和未来展望,旨在为后续研究提供理论支持,并为AI在气道管理和呼吸治疗中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:

Airway management is an essential prerequisite for ensuring patient safety during general anesthesia. Failure of airway management may lead to serious complications such as hypoxemia, irreversible brain damage, and death. The review summarizes the advances of research on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in airway assessment, endotracheal intubation, and ventilator management, and provides a retrospection and future outlook on the above aspects. The target of this review is to provide theoretical support for subsequent research and to serve as a reference for the application of AI in airway management and respiratory therapy.
