Research progress on the role of cation-chloride cotransporters in hyperalgesia

摘要:

痛觉过敏,是指对疼痛刺激反应阈值降低的一种症状,常见于多种疾病和病理状态中。阳离子-氯离子协同转运蛋白(cation-chloride cotransporters, CCC),在维持细胞内外电解质平衡、调节细胞体积、疼痛及其他神经信号传导等生理过程中起着关键作用。本文着重综述Na+-K+-2Cl− 协同转运蛋白 1 (NKCC1)和K+-Cl−协同转运蛋白 2 (KCC2)在痛觉过敏中的作用及其机制的最新研究进展,旨在丰富痛觉过敏的发生机制,并为痛觉过敏的防治提供新的思路和研究基础。

Abstract:

Hyperalgesia, characterized by a decreased pain threshold response to stimuli, is prevalent across various diseases and pathological states. The cation-chloride cotransporters (CCC) family plays a pivotal role in maintaining electrolyte balance, regulating cell volume, and in the physiological processes of pain and other neural signal transduction. This paper focuses on recent advances in the role and mechanisms of Na+-K+-2Cl−cotransporter 1 (NKCC1) and K+-Cl− cotransporter 2 (KCC2) in hyperalgesia, aiming to enrich the pathogenesis of hyperalgesia and provide new ideas and research basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperalgesia.
