摘要:

麻醉危机管理能力是麻醉科医师必须具备的能力。但危机管理教学难度大、任务重,迫切需要一种合适的方法来提高教学效率,改善住院医师规范化培训的质量。情境模拟教学在医学教学中广泛开展,被较多研究证实是适用于麻醉危机管理的教学模式。文章旨在探讨麻醉危机管理情境模拟教学开展的意义、组织实施工具、评价方法、应用现状和发展前景等问题,以期为情境模拟教学在麻醉危机管理教学中的开展提供帮助。

Abstract:

Anesthesia crisis management is an ability that anesthesiologists must possess. However, for residents in anesthesiology, crisis management education is a challenging task. There is an urgent need for a suitable teaching method to enhance the efficiency and improve the quality of standardized training for residents. Scenario‑based simulation, widely employed in medical education, has been substantiated by numerous studies as a suitable instructional method for teaching anesthesia crisis management. This review provides a comprehensive summary of the significance, tool, evaluation methods, current applications, and prospects of scenario‑based simulation teaching in anesthesia crisis management. It is intended to assist in the application of simulation teaching in anesthesia crisis management education.
