肠道菌群及其代谢物通过多种作用影响人体代谢,且在缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)过程中发挥作用。许多研究发现IRI涉及多种程序性细胞死亡(PCD)。文章总结肠道菌群及其代谢物对IRI相关PCD的影响,描述不同PCD的机制及当前研究中证实的肠道菌群及其代谢物在细胞、动物水平上作用于PCD的结果,为IRI相关PCD的进一步研究提供依据。
The intestinal flora and its metabolites influence human metabolism in various ways and play a significant role in ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI). Numerous studies have shown that IRI is associated with multiple forms of programmed cell death (PCD). In this paper, we will summarize the effects of gut flora and its metabolites on IRI‑related PCD, describe the mechanisms of different types of PCD, and review current studies that confirm the impact of gut flora and its metabolites on PCD at both cellular and animal levels. This review aims to pave the way for further research on IRI‑related PCD in the future.
