舌扁桃体肥大（LTH）是导致未预料困难气道的原因之一。由于常规的气道评估难以发现，易被忽视，目前国内相关文献报道极少。文章回顾性总结了2022年5月、2023年3月发生的2例LTH患者在全麻诱导期间出现困难气道及其处理经验，并在PubMed及中国知网数据库检索相关的文献报道，分析LTH患者气道管理的注意事项及风险，为临床上处理LTH引起的困难气道提供参考。
Lingual tonsil hypertrophy (LTH) is one of the causes of unanticipated difficult airways. As routine airway assessment is difficult to detect and easy to ignore LTH and no relevant literature reports this difficulty in China. This paper summarized the management experience of 2 patients with airway difficulties caused by LTH during the induction of general anesthesia on May 2022 and March 2023, and searched relevant literature reports in PubMed and CNKI database to analyze the airway management precautions and risks of patients with LTH. It provides reference for clinical treatment of difficult airway caused by hypertrophy of tongue tonsil.
