Methods Guided by China's Basic Requirements for Doctoral and Master's Degrees in Professional Degree Categories (Fields) and Document No. 884 of Medical Letter [2019] issued by General Office of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, by referring to the core competency standards proposed by the International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists (IFNA) as well as China's anesthesia‑oriented MNS core competency requirements, based on the theoretical framework of the Canadian Framework for Physician Competency (CanMEDS) and through literature review and semi‑structured interviews, an expert consultation questionnaire of clinical practice curriculum for MNS in anesthesia was developed, and the Delphi method was used to conduct expert consultation. Results Two rounds of consultation were conducted among 23 experts. The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 91.30% and 95.24% respectively. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.94. The Kendall's coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.098 and 0.108 respectively, with statistical differences (P<0.001). Finally, the MNS clinical practice curriculum system for anesthesia was formed, which was comprised of 11 first‑level and 46 second‑level indexes. Conclusions The MNS clinical practice curriculum system for anesthesia is highly referable and the construction process is scientific and reliable, which can provide reference and guidance for the clinical training of MNS in anesthesia.
