HO-1对脓毒症相关器官损伤保护的研究进展

摘要:

脓毒症作为临床危急重症的严重并发症,常在机体遭受严重创伤或感染后产生,其发生发展往往是由全身炎症性反应、细胞凋亡及机体氧化应激损伤等多因素导致。血红素加氧酶-1(heme oxygenase-1, HO-1)作为血红素降解的关键限速酶,当机体发生氧化应激损伤时,HO-1催化具有氧化性的血红素降解为胆绿素、一氧化碳、Fe2+,保护细胞免受氧化损伤及抑制炎症的发展。HO-1及其代谢产物具有抗炎、抗氧化、调控细胞凋亡及促进血管内皮生长的功能。文章将主要介绍HO-1对脓毒症相关器官损伤的保护作用,希望为以后的脓毒症相关器官保护提供一种新策略。

Abstract:

As a serious complication of severe disease, sepsis is often caused by severe injury or infection, and its development is often caused by multiple factors such as systemic inflammatory response, apoptosis and oxidative stress injury. HO-1 is a critical limiting enzyme of hemoglobin degradation, and when the body has been damaged by oxidative stress, HO-1 catalyzes the degradation of oxidized hemoglobin to be decomposed into bilirubin、carbon monoxide and Fe2+.HO-1 protects cells from oxidative damage and inhibits the development of inflammation. HO-1 and its metabolites have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptosis and the endothelial growth of vascular. The article will mainly introduce the protective effect of HO-1 on the damage of the organ in sepsis, and hope to provide a new strategy for the protection of sepsis-related organ damage.
