临床工作中肉眼所见瞳孔的变化可反映患者的部分脑功能,但其主观性较强,且精确度较差。红外线瞳孔测量仪的出现可将瞳孔的微弱变化进行精确量化,受到脑功能研究者的关注,亦逐渐走入麻醉医师视野。文章主要总结了红外线瞳孔测量仪测量的各项瞳孔指标对于术前评估、指导术中用药、预测麻醉相关并发症及判断预后等围手术期各方面的参考价值,以期减少患者住院时间,提高围手术期恢复质量,加快患者康复。
The changes of the pupil observed by the naked eyes can reflect part of the brain function of patients, which is however subjective and less accurate. Infrared pupillometer can accurately quantify the slight changes of the pupil, which has attracted the attention of brain function researchers and become increasingly applied by anesthesiologists. This paper summarizes the clinical application of different pupil indicators measured by infrared pupillometer in preoperative evaluation, intraoperative medication guidance, prediction of anesthesia-related complications and prognosis in the perioperative period, so as to shorten the length of hospitalization stay, improve the quality of perioperative recovery and accelerate the recovery of patients.
