非编码RNA(non‑coding RNA, ncRNA)通常作为编码基因的负调节因子在诸多发病机制中起重要作用。围手术期神经认知障碍(perioperative neurocognitive disorders, PND)是老年患者手术后常见并发症之一,严重影响老年患者的生活质量。由于PND潜在分子机制仍不清楚,因此文章主要阐述PND发生过程中ncRNA的作用以及其发挥作用的方式,对预测和治疗PND具有重要意义。
Non‑coding RNA (ncRNA) often plays an important role in many pathogenic mechanisms as a negative regulator of coding genes. Perioperative neurocognitive disorder (PND) is one of the common post‑surgical complications in elderly patients and seriously affects their quality of life. As the underlying molecular mechanisms of PND are still unclear, this article focuses on the role of ncRNA in the development of PND and the way they function, which are important for the prediction and treatment of PND.
