摘要：

麻痹性肠梗阻（postoperative ileus, POI）作为腹部手术后常见的并发症在脊柱手术中并不少见，严重影响患者预后，目前尚无有效的防治手段。文章就近年来有关POI的研究进行综述，具体包括脊柱手术后POI的可能影响因素、发生机制及临床上应用的几种防治手段，为寻求POI的防治手段提供新思路。

Abstract:

Postoperative ileus (POI) is a common complication after abdominal surgery and causes the patient's unfavorable prognosis, and there are no effective means to prevent and treat it. This article reviews the research on POI in recent years, including the possible influencing factors, mechanism and several clinical prevention and treatment methods of POI after spinal surgery, so as to provide new ideas for the pre‑treatment of POI.
