麻醉方法、麻醉管理及管理流程与急性缺血性脑卒中（acute ischemic stroke, AIS）行血管内治疗（endovascular treatment, EVT）后神经功能预后相关。关于麻醉方法孰优孰劣尚无共识，麻醉管理对AIS行EVT术后神经功能预后的影响也无指南性意见，管理流程仍需不断地探索和完善。文章从麻醉方法的选择及其影响，麻醉管理的影响要素及麻醉实施，管理流程（包括院前及院内管理流程）3个方面对AIS患者行EVT术后神经功能预后的影响进行综述，以期优化麻醉管理措施，改善患者预后。
Anesthetic types, anesthetic management, and workflow are related to outcomes of the neurological function of patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) after endovascular treatment (EVT). There is no consensus on anesthetic types and selection on the advantages and disadvantages of neurological function, and there is no guideline to clarify the impact of anesthetic management on the prognosis of neurological function of AIS patients after EVT, either. The workflow still needs to be continuously explored and improved. This paper will review the effects of the following three aspects [the choice and influence of anesthesia types, the influencing element of anesthetic management and anesthetic application, and the workflow (including pre‑hospital and in‑hospital workflow)] on the prognosis of neurological function in AIS patients after EVT, expecting to improve anesthetic management and prognosis of these patients.
