摘要:

围术期肺不张作为全身麻醉期间的常见问题,往往因为缺乏明显的临床症状和检查手段而被忽视。肺不张的持续存在可导致严重的肺部并发症,因此能够早期识别肺不张并及时做出处理显得尤为重要。肺部超声(lung ultrasound,LUS)作为加速康复外科中重要的辅助检查手段,可以不受时间、空间的限制,对术中肺部情况可以做出快速、即时、无创的评估,诊断和追踪围手术期重要的呼吸道病变,同时在超声引导下对患者采取个体化的保护性通气策略,减少肺部并发症的发生。本篇文章就LUS评估围术期肺不张,并帮助进行通气监测,实施保护性通气等方面展开论述。

Abstract:

As a common problem during general anesthesia, perioperative atelectasis is always neglected due to the lack of obvious clinical symptoms and examination methods. Atelectasis may lead to severe pulmonary complications. Consequently, it is important to recognize and deal with in time. Lung ultrasound can be used to evaluate and diagnose perioperative changes of the respiratory tract. Therefore, we will discuss the progress on the evaluation of perioperative atelectasis, the monitoring of ventilation function and the implement of protective pulmonary ventilation using lung ultrasound in this paper.
