摘要:

背景 心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(ischemia/reperfusion injury, I/RI)是全球心脏发病和致死的主要原因,威胁人类的健康安全。小窝蛋白(caveolins, Cav)是细胞质膜微囊(caveolae)中分隔和调节信号转导的蛋白质。小窝蛋白-3 (caveolin-3, Cav-3)对心肌I/RI有着重要的保护作用。 目的 通过总结近几年Cav-3在I/RI中保护作用的研究,为今后进一步研究提供可参考的方向。 内容 简要介绍caveolae和Cav,并描述Cav在心血管疾病中的作用。总结Cav-3在保护机体免受心肌缺血、I/RI以及预处理中的作用,主要包括其在缺血预处理(ischemic preconditioning, IPC)和缺血后处理(ischemic postconditioning, IPTC)、麻醉药预处理、阿片类药物预处理、脂联素预处理以及其他物理治疗对I/RI的保护作用。 趋向 提出了临床医师和基础科学家可能会感兴趣的潜在研究方向。

Abstract:

Background Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (I/RI) is the major disease that leads to death in the world. It threatens human health and safety. Caveolin is a protein sequestering and regulating signal transduction in caveolae. Caveolin-3 (Cav-3) plays an important protective role in regulating myocardial I/RI. Objective To summarize the research on the role of Cav-3 in I/RI protection in recent years and to provide a direction for further research on this protein. Content This review briefly introduced caveolae and caveolins, then described the protective role of caveolin in cardiovascular disease. It also summarized the role of Cav-3 in protecting the heart against myocardial ischemia and I/RI as well as its role in preconditioning that includes ischemic preconditioning (IPC) and ischemic postconditioning (IPTC), anesthetic preconditioning, opioid preconditioning, adiponectin preconditioning and other physical therapy on myocardial I/RI. Trend Proposed potential research directions that clinicians and basic scientists may follow.
