背景 RING(really interesting new gene)finger蛋白146/Iduna是一种内源性促生存蛋白,可通过与多聚ADP核糖聚合物(poly ADP-ribose, PAR)结合,有效干预兴奋毒性和氧化应激引起的多聚ADP核糖聚合酶1(poly ADP-ribose polymerase 1, PARP1)依赖性神经细胞死亡。另有研究发现,Iduna具有E3泛素化连接酶活性,参与DNA损伤修复,同时可能通过Wnt通路在很多疾病发生、发展中发挥调节作用。 目的 了解RING finger 146/Iduna蛋白生物特性及其在疾病中的作用。 内容 就RING finger蛋白146/Iduna的神经保护作用、在不同疾病和细胞损伤模型中发挥内源性促生存活性的可能机制进行综述。 趋向 随着对RING finger蛋白146/Iduna蛋白生物学功能的不断研究,关于它在疾病中扮演的角色也将会被不断揭示。

Abstract:

Background The really interesting new gene (RING) finger protein 146/Iduna is a kind of endogenous pro-survival protein and can combine with poly ADP-ribose (PAR) to effectively interfere the PARP1-dependent nerve cell parthanatos death caused by excitotoxicity and oxidative stress. Some researches also found that Iduna had the E3 ubiquitin ligase activity and participated in the DNA repair, which played the regulating effect in many diseases through the Wnt pathway. Objective To understand the biological nature of RING finger 146/Iduna protein and its application in diseases. Content Review the neuroprotective effect and possible mechanism of endogenous pro-survival activity in different diseases and cell damage models of RING finger protein 146/Iduna. Trend With the further research on the biological function of RING finger protein 146/Iduna, its role in the disease will be revealed constantly.
