Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ　Developing a software to promote preoperative risk assessment and grading management in patient with anesthesia.　Methods　The system was programmed with VFP 9.0 and Visual Studio 2015. Hussman, Aust and "Lemon" methods were put as risk assessment methods of Patient with anesthesia in system.　Results　The system is running under Windows and consists of six modules named: patient information database, risk assessment, risk classification management, process examination, query and statistics, and the knowledge base. It should make identification and assessment of risk, grading management on risks, intellectual information and whole process examination in surgical patients.　Conclusions　This system benefits to risk assessment and grading management for anesthetic patients and can be operate easily.
