【摘要】背景 近年研究表明MicroRNA（miRNA, miR）参与了心肌缺血-再灌注损伤（Ischemia-reperfusion injury，IRI）的进程。目的 综述miRNA参与心肌IRI的研究进展。 内容 概述miRNA及与心肌IRI有关的miRNA的作用，并作展望。趋势 miRNA与心肌IRI密切相关。以miRNA为靶点的治疗将可能被用于心肌保护。
【Abstract】Background MicroRNA(miRNA, miR) plays a role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) process. Objective Reviewing research progresses on correlations between miRNA and myocardial IRI. Content Making an overview of miRNA and IRI-related miRNAs and giving a prospect of them. Trend MiRNAs are closely correlated with myocardial IRI. MiRNA targeted treatments probably will be used to achieve myocardial protection.
