摘要:

背景 严重烧伤、创伤、感染、外科手术等可以引起机体产生以神经内分泌和代谢改变为特征的一系列应激反应,主要表现为机体的高代谢反应和全身性炎症反应,这些反应常常会增加机体感染和多器官功能障碍的风险。目的 通过营养支持减轻应激状态下的机体代谢紊乱,调节炎症反应,提高患者的免疫力和机体的修复能力。内容 综述应激条件下营养支持的方法和意义。趋向 营养学的角色在发生转变,内容也产生了变化,最终将会有最优化、个体化的营养治疗,最大限度的减少并发症,改善患者预后。

Abstract:

Background Stress response may be caused by severe burns, trauma, infection, surgery, etc. It mainly reflects hypermetabolic and systemic inflammatory responses, which. These responses usually increase the risk of infection and multiple organ dysfunction. Objective To reduce the metabolic disorder and inflammatory reaction through nutrition support. Content This paper reviewed the progress of nutritional therapy and provided strategies to manage the body of stress state. Trend Nutrition support plays a different part than before,finally there will be the best and most individual nutrition therapy for patients ,to reduce complication and improve the prognosis.
